they were responsive when I needed extras the room was large and comfortable.

The room was big, the bed was clean, it was really quiet, the pool was very nice, the staff were nice. It was close to restaurants. It was a good price compared to nearby hotels.

Friendly staff, and Bumsted's bar/restaurant on the property was terrific!

The room was a good size, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. And, the shower was good. A couple of chairs outside so we could sit there and have a cup of 6 a few stone tables further out to sit. We were only there for one night, so we couldn't give too much information.

The room was clean and comfortable. I had a suite with a sofa bed, and the bedding for it was in the room. Everything was in working order. The price was good for the area. There are lots of food choices close by and a restaurant on the property. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Checking in was easy. I will stay again when I'm in the area. Overall, it was a positive experience. If you can't do stairs, make sure to get a room on the first floor because there are no elevators.

The front desk person was very kind and addressed our concerns quickly. BONUS...gave us an extra hour in the hot tub!

The tv was not working when we arrived in our room, and the staff addressed it immediately and fixed it for us. The hotel was attractive and well landscaped. The room was spacious and well laid out. It had all the necessary amenities. There is a college nearby and historic old town and downtown. It was close to restaurants. It was a good experience overall.

Angela on reception is the best. Really caring and helpful. Thank you Angela The room was also massive. Really appreciated the space and the quiet. Angela put me into a back room so I was never disturbed by traffic noise There's a bus stop outside the hotel and downtown buses were very frequent. You could also walk to downtown but why bother when the buses are so easy and free. Another option was to walk down University Blvd to get to the top end of 4th Avenue and then hop into a streetcar (tram) to downtown and beyond (eg the Mercado). The walk along the Blvd way is flat and lots of lovely houses to gawk at. I found it a nice easy walk. I honestly thought I want going to like it here but it was really good.

The hotel's location is a definite plus, and the rooms are spacious. However, the cleanliness of the hotel significantly detracts from the overall experience.
